If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to customerservice@petsvetfavorites.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line. The security of your personal information is one of our primary concerns.  You can rest easy, knowing that we use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information and prevent its unauthorized use. Satisfaction Guarantee:  At Vet's Favorite Pet Products our goal is your total satisfaction with all orders we send to you.  Our products are of the highest quality, carry manufacturer's guarantees and, with our professional counseling, should address your pets needs perfectly.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the steps in the Return Policy below to ensure we may do everything in our power to make things right for you and your pet.

Shipping Policy:  Orders received before 12PM EST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day.  Standard shipping method will be USPS Priority Mail, and will be FREE on orders totalling $35.00 or more.  Priority mail shipments normally arrive in 3-5 business days.  Overnight and second day shipping are also available at a slightly increased price.  See the shipping section of your shopping cart for estimated shipping & handling costs and view finalized cost on the invoice you will see before you approve processing of your order.  Orders recieved after 3 PM EST Monday - Friday will be shipped either the following day or on the following Monday (if placed after 3 PM EST Friday or on weekends).

Return Policy:  100% satisfaction guarantee.  Products ordered from us can be returned anytime during the 30 day period following placement of your order for any reason, even if you just ordered the wrong product, size or color.  If you wish to return a product(s) to us, please email us at: customerservice@petsvetfavorites.com
or call (800)768-0726 to let us know why you are returning the item(s) and to receive a return authorization. Any items being returned must be in their original unopened package or in new condition, so that we may issue you a full refund.  We issue refunds for shipping costs only when the problem was our error and you return the entire shipment.  We do not issue refunds for items which were not purchased from Vet's Favorite Pet Products.  When we receive your return, we will contact you regarding details of processing your refund. Please return items for refund to the address shown on the packing slip.  If you do not have the packing slip, contact us as shown above for further instructions.
